Lockdown has been hard, it's taken its toll on our health, our bodies, and our confidence.  LET'S TAKE IT BACK!

Starting back at the gym, in your workout group or class can feel really daunting when you've possibly had a year out.  You might be worried about how hard it will feel and you feel rubbish about your current fitness level, or perhaps you can't wait to go back but just need a little friendly nudge to get you started.

My passion is health and fitness and I want to get as many women as possible, out of the covid slump and back to the fitness classes, groups, and sports that make them feel alive and well.  This 2 week exercise programme is to help you do just that and it's completely free! 



All you need to do is commit to just 10 minutes a day. You don't need equipment or space, you don't even need to change out of your pyjamas!  10 and you're done, ready to take on the rest of your day feeling great.
