BOOTCAMPS JUST GOT BETTER
Bootcamp Blast combines strength and cardio exercises into fun activities for a full-body workout guaranteed do burn fat and sculpt muscle. This class will get your heart pumping, make you sweat and challenge your muscles but most important of all, this class guarantees a good time, lot's of support and many of laughs.
Each class and workout varies. You may workout solo or as part of a group effort in games that will test both your brain and your body. The fittest does not always win at Bootcamp Blast. Quick thinking, team work and luck all have a hand to play.
This class promises to challenge you, get RESULTS, always be FUN and SUITABLE FOR ALL!
If you can't do a sit up, press ups leave you flat as a pancake and you are still not sure what a burpee is, DO NOT WORRY! This bootcamp is suitable for complete beginners and those with less mobility too.
After a fun warm up the instructor will talk you through the session and demonstrate the moves at varying levels. Together with your instructor you will be able to find a movement that suitable for you - achievable yet challenging. Injuries can also be catered for in these session with modified exercises. The instructor will walk you through everything you need to know how to do - It's just like having a personal trainer. All you need to do is have a go and have fun.
